When Matthew isn't running for gold medal awards for the Special Olympics, he's showing off his true passion in life; cooking.

Ever since Matthew was younger, he loved to cook. Whether it be from learning from his grandmother, or by him practicing by himself; he had the desire and devotion to work in the culinary field.

Now he wants to share not only his divine food making, but his well-crafted woodworking skills to everyone across the internet! ​
